We are the team at TK Flowers.
A family run florist business.
It all began back in 2015 when TJ started TJs Flowers at Christmas time, creating and selling Christmas Wreaths and Christmas Trees for locals and neighbouring villages.
During covid Karen began her Floristry journey and change of career after over 30years as a Hairdresser. Her love of all things flowers sparked this passion and new venture and she began learning the trade with Kays Floristry School.
Mother and son duo combined their expertise, both entrepreneurs and created TK Flowers in March 2022. It has grown from strength to strength and keeping with the family business theme, Bríd, a cousin became involved initially behind the scenes and behind the camera/computer.
Bríd's background is in mental health nursing by day and on her days off and by night she is TK's PR, Social Media and Customer Support Wiz. Karen and Brid work closely together when it comes to weddings at TK Flowers. With Karens knowledge of flowers and Brids passion of all things weddings, it is the ultimate
combination for any couple looking to create memories with florals on their special day!
Together we have grown from strength to strength and recently have earned the prestigious Connect Kerry's Women in Business Award for Floristry and Horticulture 2023. It has cemented our business and we are excited to see where this takes us in the future as a business and a family!
