Our 2023 Wedding Flower Trends Guide

-Flower crowns are a new way to celebrate your love and commitment and are making a comeback.

It's time to get back to basics and focus on the little things, like your hair and makeup. With the current emphasis on natural beauty and minimalism, flower crowns are the perfect way to celebrate the beauty of your face with the simple.addition of fresh flowers. Think of Princess Catherine and Charlotte at this years coronation adorning a floral crown headpiece, its going to be such a trend this year!

-Mini floral bouquets are here! We've seen them all over Instagram, but now they're taking over wedding décor too. The smaller size means more variation in color, even if you're working with a limited palette of greens, yellows, blue or purples (which we love!). The idea of having a smaller floral bouquet is to showcase your beautiful wedding dress or your bridesmaids and flowergirls dress and to not have it covered up by big bouquets. Small and dainty is the way forward. Small wedding bouquets can be can be classic or rustic, retro or wild, but if they don't work for your bridal look, they might be perfect for your bridesmaids!

Also mini florals in vases for your wedding reception centre piece and at each table is becoming a major trend this year too, especially if you are having long tables. Its a cheaper alternative and just as effective

-Dried and Preserved Flowers are making a comeback! Not only do they look beautiful, but they also last for years. With all the new ‘insect-free’ methods of preserving flowers, you don’t have to worry about bugs or other pests ruining your bouquet.

-Full, Dynamic Ceremony Aisles and Backdrops are going to be huge for summer weddings this year. If you want to make sure everyone sees how stunning your aisle decor is (and wants to take photos!), then this is definitely a trend worth incorporating into your planning process.

-Single Flower Varieties Used En Masse is another trend we think will catch on quickly in 2023 because it makes planning easy while still looking amazing! Just pick one type of flower and keep the theme running throughout your wedding from the bouquet to church flowers to reception flowers. For example all white roses or pink dahlias.

-And what is it about flower color trends this year? They're heading for bright, vibrant shades that celebrate life. Deep azure blue, passionate red, cheerful yellow, and pink predominate in floral bouquets this year.
